This piece was inspired by a windy day on Poipu, Kauai.  The Palm trees were blowing both ways and it was amazing so I had to paint it!! The background is scratched with a rough brush and the Palms are painted with a dry brush.  The fronds are with a fan brush so this piece is one of the few pieces done without a palette knife.
