Production, Delivery, and Returns Policy

1. Production Process

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives our production process. Here’s how we handle production:

  • Custom-Made and Made to Order Products: We create custom-made and made to order products with attention to detail and precision. These items are specifically designed for each customer. Please allow 1-4 days for production prior to shipping.

  • Quality Control: Before shipping, all products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our standards.

2. Delivery and Shipping

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs are included unless otherwise stated.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our policy:

  • Eligibility:

    • We accept returns for non-custom-made and products.

    • Custom-printed items are exempt from returns since they are specifically made for you.

    • Graphics that have been installed and then removed are not eligible for return due to their non-marketable condition.

  • Return Process:

    Contact our customer support within 20 days of receiving your order.

    Provide details about the item you wish to return.

    We’ll guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item.

    • Depending on the payment method, it may take 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Policy

We also offer an exchange policy:

  • Customers can request store credit, a replacement item, or an item of equal or lesser value instead of a refund.

We ship all our originals FedEx and insure them for the full purchase price.  In the event a piece arrives damaged you will be able to claim the insurance, or you can have me paint another as close to the exact original as I can, or you may have me create the original in a print on your choice of media.  Due to the nature of original artwork, there are no refunds.
